It is always difficult to find leadership programmes that can engage your top talent. You always run the risk of them being either too short or too long or not practical enough. This programme provided our talent with academic learning as well as understanding of the organisation and the opportunity to work on a real project. Regardless of learning style, delegates were able to achieve. It would probably have taken 3-5 years to achieve the level of organisational understanding that participants reached in the 6 month period of the programme.
