Helping leaders to handle innovation: The Leading Innovation Diagnostic (LID™) is a newly produced diagnostic that focuses on leaders of teams doing innovative work.
The LID™ is a diagnostic questionnaire aimed at leaders of teams working on novel challenges in their organisation. In practice, this may mean developing new products, services, processes, business models or forms of organising people. The newness to the organisation will bring some unique challenges. The LID™ attempts to answer the question: what must the leader do in this unique context, for the outcomes to be positive? The inventory gives feedback on how well the leader is managing self, team, internal stakeholders and demands from the external environment.
It is available in self-report and 360 versions.
