Dr Gill Stevens
Gill is a Director of Level Seven and her interests and passion lie in helping people to develop their potential in both personal and organisational settings. She has gained many years of experience from working in a variety of industries in the private and public sectors. Some of the clients Gill has worked with previously include Hewlett Packard, Rydon Group, the Big Lottery Fund, Dorset County Council, NHS and H M Treasury.
Gill's particular areas of expertise focus on leadership and talent development, executive coaching, mentoring, team and group facilitation, mediation and how to nurture an environment that fosters personal creativity and innovation.
Prior to setting up Level Seven, Gill worked in the corporate management centre of a university business school where she delivered a range of tailored programmes that provided specific solutions and results for clients' needs.
